Updates
New confirmed details may be added to a developing report. Updated stories display a new timestamp and retain their earlier publishing events in the article history.
When a report is still developing, WilluChill News separates what is newly reported from the earlier baseline. A later update does not silently turn an attributed report into a confirmed fact.
Corrections
A material factual correction is labeled clearly and includes a note explaining the change. The earlier version remains recorded rather than disappearing through a silent rewrite.
Retractions
Retracted reporting remains visible with a prominent retraction notice and reason so the historical record is not erased. Administrative unpublishing removes a story from public view without deleting its internal history.
How to report an error
Send the story link, the specific claim, and supporting source material through the contact page. Urgent factual errors are reviewed first; the public record is then updated with a visible correction or clarification.
