1 dead, 3 injured in separate Portsmouth shootings

The first shooting happened in the 3500 block of Victory Boulevard, and officers say they were called to the scene just after 3 a.m. When they arrived, police found two gunshot victims. One of them, an adult man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
