An FAA spokesperson said a Cessna 150 airplane and Bell 407 helicopter collided about 7:50 p.m. State Police acting Commissioner Lt. Bivens said at a news conference that the State Police helicopter was doing a training exercise at the Carlisle Airport and was a few feet off the ground when the Cessna crashed into it.
