HANOVER, Va. (WWBT) - Virginia State Police say one person has died following a crash on I-95 Thursday night. According to police, on September 17, officers were called to I-95 South at mile-marker 88 around 11:55 p.m. for a two-vehicle crash. Once on scene, a preliminary investigation showed that a black car was changing lanes and was hit by a tractor-trailer. The car then ran off the right side of the road and hit a tree. The driver of the car was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
