1 killed, 3 wounded in Northeast DC shooting, police say

One man has died and three others were wounded following a shooting in Northeast D.C. Police said the man has been identified Cortes Lilly, 21, of Northeast D.C. The shooting happened in the 6200 block of Dix Street, near the border with Maryland, at about 1:45 p.m. When officers arrived, Lilly wasn’t breathing and the other three men were conscious. All four were taken to the hospital, one by helicopter and the other three by D.C.
