LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The Normandy Police Department is investigating Thursday after an 11-year-old boy was shot and seriously injured. According to the department, the shooting happened just before 4:45 p.m. in the 3600 block of East Edgar Avenue. Police say the boy was shot once in the torso. Officers provided life-saving aid until EMS arrived and took the child to an area hospital. The child is listed in serious but stable condition.
