13 killed in tourist plane crash in Peru

Eleven passengers and two crew members were aboard the plane. A tourist plane crashed outside Nazca, Peru, Saturday afternoon killing 13 people on board, officials said. The aircraft, which had 11 passengers and two crew members, took off from Pisco Airport, Peru's National Police said. The crash in the field took place around 12:55 p.m. local time, according to the police. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
