A 14-year-old boy and his 46-year-old father have been arrested in connection with a double shooting that injured two other teens in Bridgeport on Thursday, police said. Officers responded to the area of Laurel Avenue and Grove Street around 4 p.m. after receiving a ShotSpotter alert for several gunshots being fired. Police said. The 14-year-old is charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, reckless endangerment in the first degree, and unlawful discharge of a firearm. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond, police said.
