A 15-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection with a deadly shooting on a CARTA bus last month, according to the North Charleston Police Department. Police said officers responded around 10:41 a.m. 31 to a CARTA bus stop on Carner Avenue after reports of a shooting. Officers found a person suffering from gunshot wounds aboard the bus.
