16-year-old charged as adult after stabbing in Ridgeland apartment complex

RIDGELAND, Miss. (WLBT) - A 16-year-old has been charged as an adult after police say a person was stabbed Tuesday evening at a Ridgeland apartment complex. The Ridgeland Police Department said officers received a report of a stabbing around 5:40 p.m. 15 at Royal Oak Apartments, located at 110 Pine Knoll Drive. Responding officers secured the area where the incident occurred. Police identified the suspect as 16-year-old Tristan Goodson of Ridgeland.
