16-year-old dies at hospital after shooting near Milwaukee's Clarke Square Park

The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a shooting on Sept. 16 near Layton Boulevard and Greenfield Avenue that resulted in a 16-year-old dying at the hospital. Police said it happened just before 5 p.m. Milwaukee Police said they're still investigating what led up to the shooting and searching for the shooter(s). Anyone with information is asked to call police at 414-935-7360.
