A 19-year-old man is in police custody and charged in connection with a Friday afternoon homicide in Lebanon. Alex Montes-Rivera faces charges of homicide, flight to avoid apprehension, and firearms not to be carried without a license. Daniel Matos, 33, of Lebanon, was killed. Lebanon City Police Department officers responded to North Jones Street in Lebanon at about 1:53 p.m. for a report of a gunshot victim.
