PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two people were seriously injured among the several who were hurt in a two-car crash in Milwaukie early Sunday morning, authorities said. At 1:40 p.m., the Milwaukie Police Department said they responded to a reported two-vehicle crash near the intersection of Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard and 17th Avenue. According to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, a sedan was traveling fast on McLoughlin when it struck an SUV full of passengers near 17th. Milwaukie officers, deputies and firefighters all responded to attend to those who were injured in the crash. All three occupants of the SUV were taken to the hospital, with two of them sustaining serious injuries, officials said.
