LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Two men were arrested in connection with a 2024 Lexington homicide on Friday. Twenty-eight-year-old Jzante Waide and 30-year-old Quavon Winslow are both charged with murder, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and a count of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. The murder in question took place in Sept. 2024 when Lexington police found 60-year-old Jose Salazar suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on the 700 block of Biskoff Court. Salazar was taken to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
