2 more arrested in connection with First Friday shooting in downtown Manassas

Two more people have been arrested in connection with a shooting Friday in Manassas, Virginia, that left a 16-year-old girl dead, police said Wednesday. The shooting happened around 9:30 p.m. during a “First Friday” street festival in Old Town Manassas. Xavier Wanzer, 19, of Prince William County, and Talib Davis, a 23-year-old from Manassas City, were arrested Tuesday night with help from the U.S. Marshals Service, Manassas City Police Chief Doug Keen said. Police previously arrested and charged Tasheem Douglas, 21, who was also shot that night.
