2 more arrests made in deadly Manassas shootout that killed 16-year-old girl

MANASSAS, Va. (7News) — Manassas City police have arrested two more men following a deadly shootout that killed a 16-year-old girl on Friday. Police Chief Doug Keen said during a news conference Wednesday that investigators initially believed there were only two shooters involved in the gunfire at the First Friday event in Old Town Manassas, but on Sunday they discovered there were actually three. "Based upon witness testimony and videotape, we were able to identify a third shooter," the chief said. The chief added that Davis was already out on bond from Warren County when this shooting occurred. "He came back to this area and committed violence on our community," Keen said. "That should be frustrating for me. That should be frustrating for you.
