NORFOLK, Va. — A man is in custody after leading Norfolk police across the city in a pursuit before crashing and injuring two people on Wednesday. Police told 13News Now that around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, they attempted a traffic stop near the intersection of East Liberty Street and Grayson Street in the Berkley area of the city. The driver did not stop, according to police. Officers pursued the car until the driver crashed near the intersection of Northampton Boulevard and Wesleyan Drive. Following a "brief foot pursuit," police said, a man was taken into custody in the 5900 block of Tajo Avenue.
