TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department said two people were shot in an Arby's parking lot following what's believed to have been a road rage incident. Around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, authorities said the victims pulled into the Arby's parking lot near East Admiral Place and North Sheridan Road and got out of their car. Police said the suspect then shot at the victims, grazing the female victim's head and shooting the male victim several times in the chest. Law enforcement said they're still conducting their investigation and reviewing security footage, so it remains unclear if the suspect fired the shots from his car or if he also exited his vehicle. After the shooting, officers said suspect drove away from the scene.

Around 10 minutes after the shooting, police said they located the suspect in his car near OSU-Tulsa in downtown and were able to take him into custody.
