Two teenage boys have been arrested in connection with a shooting that struck a home Wednesday evening in Dover, Delaware, according to police. Police said they arrested the two teens, ages 17 and 16, on Thursday after reviewing surveillance video that linked them to the shooting in the 200 block of Pebble Valley Drive.
