2 young girls injured in hit-and-run crash at a Lincoln park

LINCOLN, Calif — Two minors riding scooters were injured in a hit-and-run collision Wednesday at Joiner Park, according to the Lincoln Police Department. Officers were dispatched to the park on Aug. 26 after receiving a report of a vehicle collision. When they arrived, they found two girls with significant injuries who required medical attention. Police said the vehicle involved fled the scene before officers arrived.
