CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A 21-year-old Petersburg man was arrested on Thursday and is facing several charges, including shooting a gun from a vehicle, in connection with a shooting that occurred on Virginia State University (VSU) campus in mid-August. He's the third person to be charged in connection with the incident. 10, 21-year-old Ronnell Parham, Jr., of Petersburg, was arrested by officers with the Chesterfield Police Department, with assistance from the U.S. Police said Parham was then taken to the Chesterfield County Jail, and he was charged with willfully discharging a firearm in a public place, discharging a firearm from a vehicle, using a firearm in the commission of a felony and attempted malicious wounding. He's being held without bond.
