FOREST PARK, Ohio (WXIX) - A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting at Winton Woods North Campus Athletic building one week ago. Forest Park police announced Tuesday that 18-year-old Cincere Anjae-Malik Cooper is facing the following charges: Illegal conveyance and possession of a deadly weapon upon school grounds Cooper is not believed to be a Winton Woods High School student.
