3 killed, 7 injured, 2 ‘true heroes’ — what to know about Idaho In-N-Out shooting

A gunman opened fire Saturday afternoon, Aug. 1, at an In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls. Three people were killed and at least seven were wounded in the attack, according to a Twin Falls police media briefing. In addition, the gunman died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. An off-duty police officer and an armed civilian returned fire and helped drive the shooter away from the restaurant.
