SUMMERVILLE — Three people were shot during a fight at a local restaurant early Sept. Around 12:30 a.m., Summerville police officers responded to Carolina Ale House at 191 Sigma Drive, according to department spokesperson Deputy Chief Christopher Hirsch. Carolina Ale House is located in Nexton, one of Summerville’s fastest-growing communities. According to the police report, dispatchers were informed of a “physical disturbance” inside the restaurant. As officers headed to the scene, shots were fired.
