A 3-year-old girl was hospitalized after a multi-vehicle crash Tuesday morning on the Southeast Side, according to San Antonio police. The crash happened around 7:30 a.m. where Pecan Valley Drive and the Interstate 37 South access road intersect. A 20-year-old woman drove eastbound on Pecan Valley Drive with a 3-year-old girl in the backseat. According to police, she approached the intersection and did not stop for a red light.
