UNCASVILLE, Conn. — It’s nearly dusk for the Connecticut Sun and their time in the Basketball Capital of the World. With the Sun would be relocating to Houston at the conclusion of the 2026 season, the team has put together a Sunset season to adequately honor its final year playing in Connecticut. In the Sun’s penultimate home game, they welcomed the Minnesota Lynx falling 101-89. During this bittersweet day for the franchise and Connecticut fans, Sunday was just as much about the game-day festivities surrounding Homecoming Night, as it was about the performances on the court.
