VAN NUYS, LOS ANGELES (CNS) -- Five people were injured when two vehicles crashed and fell about 200 feet down a 405 Freeway embankment on Saturday, landing next to Woodley Park in Van Nuys. The crash was reported at 7:03 p.m. Saturday on the southbound 405 Freeway just south of Victory Boulevard, the California Highway Patrol reported. Video from the scene showed firefighters using hydraulic tools to free an injured man from an overturned pickup truck. A sedan was also overturned down the embankment nearby.
