The lawsuits obtained by 11Alive allege negligence by the teenage gunman Colt Gray, his parents, the Barrow County School System and the principal of Apalachee High School, Jessica Rehberg. The families claim the defendants failed to intervene, protect students and staff and prevent the shooting.
