PAYETTE, Idaho — Idaho State Police said an AMBER Alert for a missing 7-year-old girl was canceled after she was located safe. Idaho State Police issued an AMBER Alert on Saturday, Aug. 22 at 9:56 p.m. for Izabella Bond. ISP canceled the AMBER Alert just after 2 a.m. ISP said she was taken by Amber Farson.
