NORTH RIDGEVILLE — A neighborhood Little Free Library that residents say has encouraged reading and neighborly connection may have to be removed after a homeowners association determined the book-sharing box violates community rules. The structure, located outside the home of James and Lana Carter, must be removed by Sept. 30 after the HOA board classified it as “front yard storage,” according to a notice posted on the library.
