Akron police investigate fatal shooting at Circle K gas station

The Akron Police Department said in a press release that officers responded to the Circle K on South Arlington Street just after 6:30 a.m. When officers arrived, they found a 63-year-old man who had been shot in the face. The man, who has not been identified by authorities, was pronounced dead at the scene.
