Collin Terrazas, 43, was arrested Sunday morning after a SWAT standoff in the Journal Center parking lot in Albuquerque, following the fatal stabbing of 34-year-old Dante Conley in his Arizona Street home the previous day. Officers used a Taser to subdue Terrazas during the standoff. Police said Terrazas had been on the run for more than 24 hours after killing Conley on Saturday morning. According to authorities, Terrazas attempted to start a fire in Conley's home after the murder, turning on all the burners in the house before fleeing in Conley's black Lexus SUV. Neighbors called 911 after hearing unusual noises, and police later found Conley dead with multiple stab wounds.
