Albuquerque police investigate deadly shooting as ‘justifiable’

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A deadly shooting Thursday in southeast Albuquerque is now being investigated as a possible justifiable homicide. A preliminary investigation found two men were attacking another with a knfie and a pole Thursday morning in the area of Decatur Avenue and Tennessee Street . A fourth man then stepped in to help the victim and shot one of the alleged attackers. Police haven’t identified them yet. The victim drove away and crashed nearby on a motorcycle.
