Washington state officials have canceled an AMBER Alert issued earlier in the afternoon for a 1-year-old child with significant medical needs who was believed to be abducted by his mother. The Washington State Patrol said the alert was activated on behalf of the Wenatchee Police Department. It was first sent out just before 1:30 p.m. Police said the child was supposed to be getting medical services in Wenatchee but was not brought to his appointment.
