AMBER Alert issued for baby with medical needs abducted in Wenatchee

Washington state officials have issued an AMBER Alert for a 1-year-old child with significant medical needs who investigators believe may have been taken to the Portland area. The Washington State Patrol said the alert was activated on behalf of the Wenatchee Police Department. The child is identified as Eirick Sailema, 1 year old, 30 inches tall, 21 pounds, with brown hair. Authorities said Eirick “has significant medical needs that require specialized care.” The suspect is identified as Stephanie Gifford, 41, 5'7" tall, 225 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Authorities confirmed she is Eirick's mother.
