Washington State Police issued the alert for 7-month-old Marcello Martinez after a man by the name of Raul Martinez reportedly took his son from the Hazel Dell area of Vancouver on Sunday morning. "During the incident, Raul allegedly assaulted and robbed the victim," Clark County Sheriff's Office said.
