Amber Alert: Officials search for man accused of 'concealing' teen daughter after baby found dead
Authorities are continuing to search for a man and his 14-year-old daughter, who is the subject of an Amber Alert tied to an investigation into an infant’s death in Monterey County.On Sept. 6, the California Highway Patrol issued the alert for the following counties after 14-year-old Diana Galvez Ortega was reported missing in Salinas: Monterey, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Kern, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego, Orange, and Imperial.CHP officials believe the teen is with her father, 38-year-old Sergio Galvez Perez.They were last seen Aug. 4 in Salinas.The CHP said the pair was traveling in a white Nissan Altima without license plates. However, the vehicle was located around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday in Monterey County with assistance from the community, according to officials.According to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office, arrest warrants were issued Aug.
