Another restaurant added to shuttered Shelby County Pihakis development

Source Scout · AL.com reports: Another restaurant has been added to the lineup at Chelsea’s Valley Post, nearly six months after the development closed in the aftermath of the Pihakis Restaurant Group’s sudden collapse. Mobile-based Mo’Bay Beignet & Burger Co. has announced it has claimed a spot. “Our next stop is the greater Birmingham area, Chelsea to be exact, at a special place created with the community in mind. Valley Post,” a social media post by founder Jaclyn Robinson reads. “Here, the two worlds I created will be colliding… Mo’Bay Beignet Co. & Bay Town Burger Co. will become ONE under the brand name, Mo’Bay Beignet & Burger Co.
