Arrest made in 20-year-old’s shooting death in Washington

WASHINGTON, Pa. — Police have made an arrest in connection with the shooting death of 20-year-old Julian Lassic . Friday, the City of Washington Police Department announced that Karl Kevin Sullivan II had been arrested Thursday evening after a standoff in Virginia.
