Authorities have charged a southwest Iowa man with first-degree murder for allegedly shooting and killing a woman over the weekend. The Sac County Emergency Communication Center received a 911 call about a shooting on East Shore Drive in Lake View around 10:30 a.m. Sunday, according to a news release from the Iowa Department of Public Safety. Arriving officers located a deceased female, who authorities on Monday identified as Rylie-Shea Muhlbauer, 27, of Manning. Joshua Lehman, 27, of Shenandoah, has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
