The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation identified the man killed in an officer-involved shooting Thursday night in McMinnville as Scott Carroll Jr., 44. TBI said Carroll was armed and barricaded inside a home after officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance. No officers were injured.
