Staff at Battle Ground Lake State Park briefly closed and evacuated Saturday afternoon for an incident involving law enforcement. Multiple officers armed with rifles were seen at the park searching one building. Staff at the park told KATU that guests and campers were evacuated around 1:30 Saturday. It was back open just before 4 p.m. Washington State Patrol troopers responded to assist.
