Video above: Weather forecast A Birmingham man has died after being hit by a car just outside of Hoover city limits on Highway 280. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said Raymond Theriault, 55, was in the roadway when a car driven by another Birmingham man hit him around 8:15 p.m. Theriault was taken to an area hospital where he later died of his injuries.
