Bodycam shows aftermath of DUI crash that killed elderly man sleeping inside house

New body camera video is showing the moments after investigators say a South Florida real estate developer drove through a home and killed an elderly man who was sleeping inside. Allen Matis is accused of driving into a southwest Miami-Dade home on June 24. Investigators say Matis didn't stop at a stop sign and drove across the yard and straight through the wall, pinning 82-year-old Henri Bezy underneath the SUV and killing him. Bezy’s sister Claire Bezy was also inside the house. “You've been involved in an accident,” a deputy is heard saying to Bezy on his body camera. An arrest report says Matis was drunk driving, and specifically, driving at nearly three and a half times the legal limit. “You are a suspect of driving under the influence, so I am investigating a potential DUI,” a detective says to Matis in the hospital.
