Boise police arrest two in fatal house-party stabbing, seek two more suspects

The Boise Police Department made two arrests related to a fatal stabbing that occurred Sept. 7 at a Boise house party. Isaiah Chavez, 18, of Garden City, has been charged with second-degree murder, according to police, and Miyah Ford, 18, of Boise, faces a charge of aggravated assault. Ford and Chavez were already in the Ada County Jail on charges related to a fight and shots being fired at a Boise home on Aug. The victim was Casey Rayburn, 20, according to the Ada County Coroner’s Office.
