Juan Martin Márquez Luna, 54, was riding an e-bike to work in the 5600 block of South Archer Avenue at about 5:15 a.m. 14 when he was fatally struck by a blue pickup truck, according to police and Bike Lane Uprising, a cycling advocacy group.
