Carrboro police are searching for a woman they believe is connected to an overnight stabbing. After midnight on Friday, officers responded to a reported assault along N.C. Main Street, where a person was found with life-threatening stab injuries. EMS treated the person at the scene. The victim was transported to UNC Hospitals and is expected to survive, police said.
