A man wounded in a Lancaster County shooting was arrested after officers recovered footage showing him assaulting the shooter, police said. Manheim Township police responding to reports of a shooting at about 10:09 p.m. on Sept. 10 found Tyler Alston, 33, with one gunshot wound on the first block of West Liberty Street. Before he was taken to a hospital for treatment, Alston told officers he hit the shooter several times in the face and gave them a description of the man, police said. Officers went to the address of the shooting and found the front porch soaked with water, with several people cleaning.
