Michelle Williams has been charged in connection with a hit-and-run that killed Anna Ayoul last Wednesday in Des Moines, according to court documents. Ayoul was crossing the street near Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway and Washington Avenue just before 6:30 a.m. when she was struck. Authorities say Williams ran a stop sign and did not stop after hitting Ayoul.
