Joseph Carroll, of Lafayette, Colorado, and fellow pilot Jaime Felipe Silva Molina were both released from the hospital and are expected to be interviewed by National Transportation Safety Board investigators Wednesday morning. 9NEWS confirmed Carroll's identity through information provided by the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office, a copy of his airline transport pilot certificate, and through a series of public record searches. The five people killed in the crash ranged in age from 47 to 75 and all worked for an airline cleaning company, according to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office.
